Size of a mustard seed - faith that we need
WHAT size is your faith?

Mountain - our circumstances, hardships
WHAT is your mountain?

Have you ever wondered, WHY God chose mustard seed instead of any other seeds in this world? Or have you even seen a mustard seed?

Mark 9:23
"If you can?" said Jesus. "Everything is possible for him who believes."

Mark 10:27
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God."

How can we own faith? How do we have this thing called faith?
God gave us this faith for free.
It is clearly stated in Romans 12:3...

For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: DO NOT think yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgement, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.

When we accept Christ, God had planted the faith.

Now, now... WHAT IS FAITH TO YOU?
Generally : Faith is believing in something you cannot see.

Since this faith is planted in us and given to us for free after accepting Christ... WHAT DO WE DO WITH IT?


Word of God.
When we've just accepted Christ or rededicate our lives to God, we're like an infant (baby).
Infant needs milk then slowly taking in porridge and then solid food.

Just like an infant, we need to feed on God's word, the bible. The scriptures gives us food for spritual maturity. We also need to remember not having a regular intake of Scripture will stunt our spiritual growth

1 Peter 2:2
"Like newborn babies, crave for pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation.

Prayer
We need to pray to gain a closer relationship. WITH WHO? God of course! =)
Remember this my brothers and sisters

DO NOT DOUBT! when you pray, because it will only cancel your prayer.
Devotion.
:deep love and commitment
:great dedication and loyalty

We need to make time for devotion, to spend time with God.

Every one of us knows that SMALL FAITH CAN DO GREAT THINGS!
BUT do we PRACTICE our faith well?

How do we loose our faith?
-hurts
-grudges
-SINS

Sometimes we forget God.(most of the time?)
BUT God is a faithful & merciful God!
He forgives us and long for us to be closer to HIM!!!

Everytime when we do something, we run away from God but He is always there. ALWAYS! without fail! But you ask me, why you cant feel God's presence?
This i say to you, it is not because God isnt there or He is busy with someone else.

ITS YOU!
You just have to concentrate and hear God's voice.
BE still and know that HE is God.
Check your heart, have the desire
to hear from Him.
to feel His presence.
to know Him better.
to repent of your sins.

Some of us, think we're small. And cant do much things to serve God.
It can be in terms of talents, capability and etc.
But reconsider.
You are just like a mustard seed in God's palm.
So small yet EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
REMEMBER, your greatest enemy is YOUSELF!

What is the outcome of this small tiny little mustard seed?
its is 15 feet tall!!! 15 feet!!!!

You've so much potential!

You've just gotta plant your seed and nurture it!

Where is your mountain?

Where is your faith?

Where do you stand in your spiritual walk with God?

IS yoru faith base on Jesus and JESUS ALONE?
